We came up with a yummy new smoothie today. The kiddos dubbed it Peachy Green;
- 5 stalks celery
- 3 large peaches
- 1.5 cups frozen pineapple
- 8 oz brewed matcha green tea
- 1/4 c coconut water
- 1/8 c chia seeds
- 2 drops yl lemon essential oil
Add all ingredients to blender, top off with ice. Blend well and serve. We feed 6 over here. Enjoy
Optional: for you Young Living junkies we topped ours with a Ningxia Red shot for some extra energy today, delish!
